The institute of model management and administration of Nigeria (IMMAN) is a “professional institution of management executives, directors and administrators” with its Motto:

The institute is duly registered, approved and licensed by the appropriate authorises, incorporated and established under federal government act 1 of 1990 of federal republic of Nigeria, by guarantee.
The institute of model management and administration of Nigeria is a multi – disciplinary professional education and training body that incorporates all management executives and practitioners, directors/chief executives, administrators, management educationist in organization, corporations and institutions of learning respectively.
The institute is borne out of concern to enhance the potentials of the present and future leaders in the both private and public sectors, for them to perform optimally and, to compete successful in both local and international labour markets, and to be efficient, effective and productive at work. The institute of model management and administration is a citadel for management and administrative leadership programmes. It introduces and teaches students (learners) with basic management, administration and business education concepts and, how to analyse and evaluate the concepts, interpret and apply them in their future undertakings. IMMAN prepares, blends and grooms the potential and prospective trainees, managers and administrators to manage their present and future undertakings with proven management principles and techniques for establishment, growth and development. IMMAN emerges to scourge, resuscitate and revamp especially, management and administration in it’s entirely. The institute aims at ‘encapsulating the ideal model international standard, innovations and professional approaches in all its ramifications’.
The Institute has established Professional Examinations Unit known as Management and Administration Professional Education Examinations Council (MAPEEC), to conduct Single Subject Examinations, Group Certificate Examinations, Diploma
The Institute organizes induction programme for all newly elected members. Every incoming member will be awarded Certificate of Participation / Membership Certificate according to individual membership grade at the induction ceremony.
